Constraint programming solver SCOP: Solver for Constraint Programing

SCOP is a solver used to quickly solve large-scale constraint optimization problems. It uses metaheuristics for combinatorial optimization problems. It is also effective to search for a good feasible solution for large-scale combinatorial optimization problems that are difficult to solve by mathematical optimization solvers.
